Throughout the process of working together, we’ll create a cohesive theme for every aspect of your event so you don’t have to worry about a single thing. 

Our thorough and seamless process covers everything from initial meetings, site visits, design concepts, product sourcing, flower selection, specialty props, and day-of execution.

We take empty spaces and transform them with our items from all different time periods including furniture, lighting, centerpieces, decorations, rugs & so much more. 

We’ve been collecting the specialty items that make up our warehouse for years and are constantly adding to it. They’re not the type of items you can just order on Etsy or Amazon and have your mom or aunt put together either. 

But you can bet, if we don’t have the specialty prop in our warehouse, we’ll find it for you!

No idea is off limits, whether it’s a seating chart design, an extravagant dessert display, or some other “crazy vision” you want to make a reality. 

From thoughtfully chosen colors, florals, accents, or even a gorgeous lounge and cocktail area, consider it done.

From the day you hire us, we handle it all, including set-up, dismantling, and transport, so you can be fully present and enjoy your day just like you’ve envisioned!

Ready to start designing?

All of our event offerings include the use of specialty props from Vintage Charm’s warehouse. We have large items, vintage items, linens, specialty tableware, and more. If we don’t have it, we’ll find it for you.

If you’re looking to have a custom wedding arbor, a unique seating chart, or the dessert display that becomes the talk of the night, we have you covered from ideation to execution.

We’re always there on the day of your event to execute our designs and help as needed. We don’t just drop off and later pick-up. If anything comes up, we’re there for you to reach out to!

We partner with Flowers by Donald Anthony to provide you with the highest quality florals to include in our designs. We feel strongly about the difference the best product can make and how it affects the end result. We also suggest this collaboration to provide you with a more seamless experience and catered service!

If you're already working with a florist, don't worry! We will reach out to them to work together. But if you haven't decided on one yet, we highly recommend Flowers by Donald Anthony, Head Designer at Lopez the Florist.

All of our items are safely set-up, transported, and dismantled by us to ensure nothing is broken or damaged on the event day. A lot of our items are authentic & vintage, which require extreme care... and a lot of bubble wrap!

This is the part where you reach out and we get to hear about all the exciting core aspects of your event and get to know you! We’ll confirm your needs, date, venue, availability and discuss where you’re at on a brief phone call.

Get Started


Once we’re a go, we’ll meet for coffee and dig into your Pinterest boards, overall vision, and help you determine a theme you love from color palettes to centerpieces.

After further planning on our end we’ll meet again for a site visit and walk through. Being on site together allows us to know the ins and outs of your venue and every detail of the space we’ll be transforming. Leave the styling to us! We style all scenes in our warehouse (we never just design on the fly!) to ensure we have everything we need.


Planning & Prep

The big day is finally here! You can count on us to be one of the first on site, setting up and perfecting every aspect of your event. Your job is to relax and celebrate. Ours is bring your vision to life, no matter what mother nature brings! After the sparklers have been lit, we carefully pack up all of our props leaving the space just as we found it. We don’t want you to worry about a thing! …(other than catching your flight for the honeymoon)!

Your investment is based on the amount of services provided - whether full, partial, or by “scene” and includes both props and styling. We do not price by individual items. Due to the time and attention we dedicate to each event, we provide custom proposals beginning at a minimum of $1K and do not take on more than one wedding per weekend so we can give it our full attention.
